At Phone Pirates, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Below you’ll find important information regarding our store policies for purchasing, returns, shipping, repairs, and warranties.

1. Purchasing Policy
  • All products, whether new or refurbished, are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment methods.

2. Returns & Refunds
  • New Devices: You can return any new, unopened device within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Refurbished/Second-Hand Devices: Returns for refurbished and second-hand devices are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the device is in the same condition as sold. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Accessories such as cases, chargers, and cables are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon delivery.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at Sydney@phonepirates.com.au with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

3. Shipping Policy
  • Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply.

4. Repair Services
  • We offer repairs for a wide range of devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles.

  • Repair Warranty: All repair services come with a 90-day warranty. 

  • Repair Time: Repair time estimates vary depending on the issue, but most repairs are completed within 2-5 business days(shipping method).If visit to our offline store repair takes about 20~30 minute

5. Warranty
  • New Devices: All new devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Any issues within this period will be handled directly through the manufacturer.

  • Refurbished Devices: Refurbished devices come with a 6-month warranty. If any hardware issues arise during this period, we will repair or replace the device at no additional cost, provided the issue is not due to accidental damage or misuse.

  • Non-Warranty Repairs: For out-of-warranty repairs, standard charges will apply based on the issue diagnosed.
